Rivalze (rivalze.com). Contact: support@rivalze.com. We process personal data in line with Moroccan law 09-08 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data.
What we collect
Account: username, email, birth date, country, password (Argon2id hash). Security: IP address, device, login history. Play: games, moves, chat. Money: transactions, transfer details, proofs. Identity: full name, ID number (encrypted), ID and selfie photos (encrypted).
Why
Running your account and games, security and preventing fraud and multiple accounts, processing deposits/withdrawals, age and identity checks, and legal obligations.
How long
ID document photos are deleted 30 days after the review decision (we keep the decision and an encrypted fingerprint of the ID number to prevent duplicates). Financial and audit records are kept as long as the law requires. Everything else while your account is active.
Who sees it
Our staff according to their role (every view of an ID document is logged). The agent handling your transaction only sees what's needed. We don't sell your data.
Security
HTTPS, encryption of sensitive data, 2FA, least-privilege staff access, tamper-resistant audit log.
Your rights
Access, correction, objection and deletion within legal limits: email support@rivalze.com. You can also complain to the CNDP (Morocco's data protection authority).
