1. Acceptance
By using Rivalze you accept these terms. If you don't, please don't use the site.
2. Age
The site is for people aged 18 and over. We may ask for identity verification at any time and close accounts that don't qualify.
3. Account
One account per person. You're responsible for your password and all activity on your account. We recommend turning on 2FA.
4. Fair play
Cheating, assistance software, collusion, multiple accounts and bug abuse are forbidden and can lead to suspension and forfeiture of illegitimate winnings.
5. Balance and transactions
Balances are in US dollars (USD). Deposits and withdrawals go through approved agents (in dirhams, at the rate shown before each request) or in crypto. Stakes are held until a game ends and the platform takes an announced fee from the pot. Withdrawals require a verified identity and 2FA; deposited money must be played at least once before it can be withdrawn.
6. Disputes
If you disagree about a deposit or withdrawal you can open a dispute; staff decide based on the evidence. Game results follow the server's record.
7. Suspension
We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms and will tell you why. Legitimate balances remain withdrawable after review.
8. Changes
We may update these terms and will announce changes on the site.
